No. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment guidance, and we cannot comment on your personal health. If you have symptoms or a concern, please see a doctor. We can explain what is in a product we sell and how it is meant to be taken, and nothing beyond that.
I bought a supplement from another seller — can you advise on it?
We cannot advise on products bought from another seller. We do not know how they were stored or handled, and we have no record of what is in that specific pack. For anything within our own range and orders, we are glad to help.
Can I collect an order from the Menteng office?

How long should I expect to wait for a reply?
We aim to reply within a few business days. Emails that name the product and the question are usually answered fastest, because we do not have to send a second message asking what you meant. If your enquiry is urgent, call us on Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
